United States & Tariffs

We DON’T ship to the United States… yet! But it is available on my Etsy page here.

When will my order be dispatched? 

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Your orders are packed with love all by me! I aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of the order being made - I aim to dispatch orders the day after, however due to the nature of some of my products being home made, I allow time for any at-home manufacturing issues to be corrected to ensure your product is perfect!
You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) 

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked 48. 

UK shipping is free for orders over £30, yay!

International Shipping 

I’m afraid no international shipping here my friend. If you’re looking for that, I recommend heading over to my etsy page here.

My order hasn't arrived yet/I received the wrong item/something is missing

Whoops, sorry, mistakes rarely happen but I'm not perfect, so if something is wrong or missing please get in contact with me at deaandcostudio@gmail.com and I'll ensure to fix it ASAP!

Cancellation/Refunds
